The Power Tools for Women workshop, hosted by Steuben County Habitat for Humanity, will take place on Saturday, September 6, from 1:30 to 5:00 p.m. at the SC Habitat ReStore, located at 3412 State Route 414 in Corning.

This free, hands-on event is designed for and taught by women, offering participants the chance to learn the basics of power tool use in a supportive and fun environment. The session includes a “make and take” project, and attendees will also receive a complimentary membership to the Tool Library. The workshop is made possible through a grant from the Fund for Women of the Southern Tier, and space is limited with registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.
